ROBERT
William is a Part 135 Charter Captain, CFI, CFII, MEI, AGI and IGI bringing real world experience into all aspects of training and professional development. His leadership approach emphasizes professionalism, disciplined practice, strong decision-making, and continued personal growth. William is dedicated to helping pilots develop the knowledge, confidence, and professional standards necessary to build successful aviation careers.
Neil serves as the Director of Flight Safety, bringing extensive experience as a Part 135 Charter Captain with operational experience in numerous midsize and heavy jet aircraft. He is committed to overseeing the safety of all flight operations and maintaining the highest professional standards throughout the training environment.
Robert has over 40 years of aviation experience including a successful career as a United Airlines Captain and many years flying Part 135. After retiring from United, he chose to dedicate the next chapter of his career to mentoring flight instructors and developing the next generation of professional pilots. His extensive experience, patient teaching style, and commitment to safety and professionalism make him an invaluable resource for both students and instructors.

Our curriculum is purposefully engineered for you to gain the skills, experience, and professionalism needed to pursue Part 135 charter flying with confidence. Instead of piecing together training on your own, you follow a structured pathway with an FAA approved syllabus designed specifically to prepare you for a professional pilot career.
MULTI-ENGINE MASTERY
Gain mastery in advanced multi-engine operations with 100 hours of multi-engine time included in our programs. We place strong emphasis on building real confidence, precision, and proficiency in complex, multi-engine operations so you are better prepared for professional flying opportunities. Our training is designed to help you develop the skill and discipline needed to stand out as a capable and career-ready pilot. Meeting regulatory minimums don't make you competitive, but 100 hours certainly does!
